Loyalty membership eligibility
Membership in the program is available to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years old and provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Once enrolled into the Program, you will enter at the member status level and are entitled to the rewards and benefits of membership as set out herein or in promotional materials.
Expiration dates
The season pass will expire at the end of each calendar year.
Free monthly water tests
The membership entitles you to one free monthly water test per pool and spa. Additional water tests may be billed at a cost of $25 per test.
Membership sharing
The Season pass is not transferable. The membership extends to members of the customer’s household. It cannot be shared with people living outside their residence.
Qualifying purchases
Discounts cannot be used towards previous purchases.
Purchase requirements
Enrollment in the Season Pass loyalty program is $19.99 (excluding taxes). The program is free for service customers who closed with us the previous fall and opened with us this spring.
Presentation of card
To receive the promotions in store you must show the staff your loyalty card, either the physical care or a digital version.
Promotion stacking
You can only use one promotion at any one time when making a purchase, and it cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes or be applied to discounted items. The discount will only apply to the product price and will not apply to any delivery costs.
Fraud prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your participation in the Program in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Program Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.
Personal data protection
You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Company, the Loyalty Program, Participating Properties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Statement.
Water Testing Program

Visit us each month for your monthly water test and receive a free BioGuard Hibernate Closing Kit!
Terms:
Customer must complete a monthly water test with us for 5 consecutive months.
The free closing kit program is exclusively for customers who follow the R&R Pools water test recommendations including purchasing and adding the required chemicals.
Membership sharing

Purchase requirements
Customer’s must purchase a sanitizer, shock (1kg power chlor is excluded) and algaecide and either Optimizer Plus or Pool Complete Weekly to be enrolled. Then 1 valid* water test a month for 5 months and purchase balancing chemicals as required throughout the season according to the water test results. Chemicals can be purchases at the first part of season and used all season long as long as the customer has purchased enough of each chemical to cover the requirements.
*An invalid test is characterized by the following criteria:
- A chlorine/bromine reading exceeding 8ppm.
- Sample brought in using a contaminated container (chemical, juice, milk, alcohol, etc.). A water bottle or rinsed out pop bottle works best.
- Water sample taken when the pump was off. The pool must be circulating for no less than 48 hours.
- Rejection of water test results by our staff due to inconsistency with typical ranges (e.g., inadequate circulation or variance from previous tests).
Should you receive an invalid test, you are required to adhere to the instructions provided by our R&R staff and arrange for a subsequent, valid test to be conducted within the same month.
