COMPENSATION:
- Competitive compensation starting at $20-22/hour, commensurate with experience
- Regular in-season reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days with performance-based rewards

POSITION TYPE:
Full-time seasonal with option to return– April – August (Students) or to November – Great for Students!

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional pool cleaning services independently, with a smile!
- Ensure customers have the best experience and maintain top-quality scores.
- Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to get the job done right.
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Create a positive work environment where everyone feels valued.
- Improve skills by sticking to our tried-and-true SOPs.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- No Pool Industry Experience Required
- Understanding of mechanical and manual tools
- Reliable transportation with a clean, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift, move, and handle physical objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in effective communication and computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
