- Competitive compensation starting at $27-31/hour, commensurate with experience

POSITION TYPE:
Full-time seasonal with the potential for year-round employment – April through November

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Lead onsite crew to exceed scheduling goals and client expectations
- Deliver daily updates to the Project Manager and internal programs
- Construct projects according to plans, specifications, and codes, while upholding high-quality standards
- Construct new pools and maintain existing ones using mechanical and manual tools and equipment.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and corporate culture while supporting crew professional development
- Contribute to project meetings and identify proactive solutions to support ongoing projects
- Maintain health, safety and environmental protection standards
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3+ years construction experience
- At least 2 years leadership experience – experience managing construction projects from execution to completion is an asset
- Reliable transportation with a clean, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift, move, and handle physical objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Proficient in effective communication and computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
